• $2,900 each for Double Occupancy Rooms.
• $3,500 for Single Occupancy Rooms.

Room upgrades are available.

TERMS

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit

Payment Schedule:

• 120 Days Prior to Arrival (June 6): 50% of balance required.
• 30 Days Prior to Arrival (September 4): Remaining Balance Required.

CANCELLATION

• Cancellation within 90 days of arrival: 30% of total is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: 50% of the total deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation between 1–45 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total deposit is non-refundable.
